Due to the mezzanine we are probably not be suitable for young children.

50% payment due on booking, balance on arrival please.

Directions

SatNav will get you to Hatmill Lane normally.

In the lane look out for a house sign on a pole sticking out into the lane for “Footways”. Hatmill Annex at The Coach House is next door-pull in.

Cancellation Policy

We respectfully point out to our guests that a reservation made and accepted by telephone, email or in writing constitutes a legally binding contract between them and Hatmill Annex.

We reserve the right to charge for all or part of the cost of your stay at our discretion if we are unable to relet the room or rooms.

A ‘no show’ will be charged the full value of the booking.
